My Christmas Tree is Still Up?!? | Decorating My Christmas Tree for Easter

So I’ve officially become the crazy Christmas lady who wants to leave my tree up all year! But to make it a little less weird, I’ve been decorating my tree for the various holidays. This year for Easter, I decided to use one of my green trees and give it a Spring/Easter makeover. I concentrated on themes of birth and new growth, using lots of eggs and budding flowers. I even incorporated the dogwood flower, which many see as symbolic of the crucifixion. The four petals form a cross, the indentations and red coloring at the end of each petal represent the nails used to hang Jesus and the center represents the crown of thorns.
