Senreve recently released their first line of all-vegan handbags and I was excited to purchase one. I decided to go with the Midi Maestra in Merlot. This is my second Midi Maestra so I thought it would be great to compare the two.
Their vegan leather is made of a proprietary man-made material, crafted to have a Saffiano finish. If you’d like to reach more about their vegan leather, check out their Senreve vegan collection announcement.
I was really happy with the quality of the vegan leather. It is a bit shinier than their other traditional leathers, but that is typical of Saffiano and also vegan leather. It certainly doesn’t detract from the beauty of the bag. The color was also incredibly rich. Other than the color and type of leather, the bag was laid out exactly like my other Midi Maestra, which included great interior organization and straps which allow the bag to be worn our ways – top handle, shoulder strap, crossbody or even as a backpack!
